Return Window: 30 days from delivery date.
Eligibility: Items must be unused and in original packaging.
How to Return: Email support@driftwell.com with your order number and reason. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours.
Refunds: Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days back to your original payment method.
Damaged or Wrong Items: If your item arrived damaged or is the wrong product, email us immediately. We'll reship at no charge no need to return the original.
