We have a 60-day return policy. You have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return — no questions asked.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You'll need your receipt or order confirmation as proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return
Email us at support@smartleak.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1 business day with instructions and a prepaid return label. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Returns are shipped to: 758 Wagon Cross Ct, York, SC 29745.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status within 2 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is accepted. If your item arrived defective or damaged, contact us immediately at support@smartleak.com and we will make it right at no cost to you.

Damages and Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve it immediately.

Exceptions
Items that have been physically damaged by the customer or submerged intentionally are not eligible for return. Gift cards and downloadable digital products are non-refundable.
